Kevin Kramer Joins Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle as Partner
"Davis Wright Tremaine has hired Kevin Kramer as a partner in Seattle to bolster its commercial litigation practice, including consumer class actions, contractual disputes, and stockholder and M&A litigation."
Kramer is a litigator with more than 15 years of combined private practice and in-house experience. He was most recently litigation counsel at Amazon, where he led complex commercial litigation for the amazon.com store and handled shareholder litigation. He joins Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner.
Prior to his in-house role, Kramer practiced for well over a decade in the complex commercial litigation group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York.
His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, high-stakes contractual disputes, stockholder and M&A litigation, and related compliance work. Kramer is a native of the Puget Sound area and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and a law degree from Georgetown Law.
