Bracewell Expands Real Estate Special Situations Practice with Partner Stuart Glick in New York

Glick is a seasoned trial attorney with experience representing CMBS lenders, commercial banks, investment funds and other financial institutions in asset recovery matters and restructurings, and in defending them against contract and business tort claims. His work spans CMBS and conduit lending, foreclosures, loan modifications, workouts and bankruptcy proceedings. He joins Bracewell as a partner and becomes part of the real estate special situations group led by Alex Dimock and Sam Murphy.
Glick joins Bracewell from Holland & Knight, where he represented lenders, debt funds, servicers and special servicers in high-stakes commercial real estate litigation. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University.
