Orsingher Ortu strengthens Corporate M&A with partner Arturo Meglio and Luca Nardello

Arturo Meglio is specialised in corporate law and M&A, with a practice advising companies and industrial groups, private equity and venture capital funds, and family offices on extraordinary transactions. He has also developed significant experience advising start‑ups and scale‑ups from inception through growth via external lines or internationalisation. He joins Orsingher Ortu as a partner.
Luca Nardello is specialised in corporate law, M&A and private equity. He provides ongoing advice to national and international companies on extraordinary transactions — including acquisitions, disposals and private equity and venture capital operations — and on corporate litigation.
This is the second addition to the Corporate M&A department in recent months: Guidomaria Brambilla joined the team in March. The reinforcement of the area underlines the central role of Corporate M&A in the firm’s growth strategy.
