Bruno & Associati welcomes Alessandro Chieffi as of counsel
"Bruno & Associati has appointed Alessandro Chieffi as of counsel and head of its Capital Markets Department in Milan, where he will work on capital markets, equity capital markets and corporate governance."
Chieffi brings over thirty years of experience in the Italian financial markets. He has held senior positions at Borsa Italiana, where he served as head of Legal Affairs and of the Listing Department, contributing to the development of regulation and to the listing processes of the Italian market.
His appointment is part of Bruno & Associati’s development strategy to consolidate assistance to listed companies, issuers, investors and financial operators in equity capital markets, corporate governance and extraordinary transactions. The nomination also strengthens the firm’s presence in Milan, in synergy with its New York office.
