Mr. Pierce was previously in the Environmental, Social, and Governance practice group at Latham & Watkins LLP. He advises financial institutions, funds, and their leadership on strategies to advance corporate value, with a focus on environmental, social, and political risks. He counsels clients on the evaluation and management of capital market offerings, M&A transactions, and financial and investment products.
