Roose is a leading restructuring lawyer with extensive experience representing ad hoc groups of creditors and investors of publicly and privately held debtors in special situations and liability management exercises (LMEs), out-of-court restructurings, distressed acquisitions and in-court Chapter 11 processes. His practice also covers representation of publicly and privately held debtors in LMEs, special situations, out-of-court restructurings, distressed acquisitions and Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as a broad range of litigation and transactional matters across several industries and restructuring processes.
Roose will join Gibson Dunn at partner level. Previously, he served as a partner at another international law firm.
