Clara Cerdán Molina joins Famar Group as Chief Legal Officer

Cerdán’s move follows a career across highly regulated sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate and food and beverage, before entering the pharmaceutical industry. She joins Famar Group at senior management level as chief legal officer and board secretary.
Prior to this appointment, Cerdán served as general counsel and secretary to the board of García Carrión, a position she took up after leaving Solarig Global Services, where she was director of legal affairs. Earlier in her career she was general counsel and secretary to the board at Ferroglobe and held senior legal roles at Sacyr Vallehermoso, including head of the real estate legal department and head of international affairs.
Beyond her in-house roles, Cerdán is co-founder and vice-president of Women in a Legal World (WLW) and co-founder of Más Cultura del Acuerdo (MCA).
