Proskauer Strengthens Restructuring Group with Partner Josh Sturm

Sturm has advised on a range of high-profile restructurings and liability management transactions across industries. He represents private credit investors, lenders, debtors, purchasers and other strategic parties in restructurings, asset sales and bankruptcy litigation, and he advises on investments in distressed businesses.
He will deepen Proskauer’s Restructuring Group and bolster the firm’s private credit restructuring capabilities, working closely with the firm’s Private Credit, Global Finance and Funds teams to deliver coordinated cross-platform solutions to clients.
