Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Nikita Kumar as Partner to London Restructuring Team
"Willkie Farr & Gallagher welcomes Nikita Kumar as a partner in its London Restructuring Department. She will work on domestic and cross-border distressed restructurings, including private credit matters."
Kumar counsels clients on domestic and cross-border stressed and distressed situations, including debt restructurings and liability management exercises. She has represented a variety of stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, sponsors and insolvency practitioners, on various restructuring matters, and has significant experience advising funds on private credit restructurings in recent years. She joins Willkie from Simpson Thacher.
