Presant brings more than 30 years of experience advising buyers, sellers, and investors on complex U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, recapitalizations, tender offers, and corporate control matters. He represents public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, food and beverage, financial services, fintech, and health care. His practice spans both public and private M&A, as well as strategic transactions and non-bankruptcy restructurings. He will be based in the firm’s New York City office. Prior to joining Lowenstein, he was a partner at Mintz. Presant is also a frequent speaker at industry events on topics related to M&A transactions and proxy contest strategies.
