Fox Rothschild Adds Health Law Counsel Jared E. Ripp in New York

Ripp is a seasoned healthcare attorney with more than 10 years of in-house industry experience. He specializes in health law and advises clients on complex contractual, regulatory and transactional matters across the healthcare sector. His practice includes counseling managed care organizations and providers on managed care and payer agreements, value-based arrangements, affiliations and service contracts; advising on compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, including fraud, waste and abuse requirements; assisting with government inquiries, investigations and audits; and counseling on major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity and practice formation, and structuring inter-entity relationships and related agreements. He joins Fox Rothschild at the seniority level of counsel.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Ripp served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for VNS Health, the nation’s largest nonprofit home- and community-based healthcare organization.
