Elkin has extensive experience advising public and private companies, sponsors and their portfolio companies, and lenders on in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings, including sophisticated chapter 11 proceedings. He counsels clients across technology, energy, transportation, healthcare, consumer and retail sectors, and provides strategic guidance on liability management transactions as well as distressed acquisitions and divestitures. He joins the Firm at the Partner level.
