Charles Russell Speechlys appoints Paolo Rampulla and Raffaella Piraccini to Milan tax team

Paolo Rampulla joins the firm as its first Corporate Tax Partner in Milan. He arrives from Italian law firm ADVANT NCTM, where he was a Partner for the past 23 years. Paolo is an experienced Italian corporate tax specialist advising on domestic and international tax matters across M&A, private equity and financing transactions, corporate reorganisations and transfer pricing. He will establish and lead the firm’s Italian corporate tax capabilities, supporting cross‑border matters involving corporates, investors and business owners.
Raffaella Piraccini joins Charles Russell Speechlys in Milan as Counsel specialising in corporate tax. She joins from Spada Partners, where she was Senior Tax Counsel since 2022. Her expertise includes tax consulting to multinational companies and groups, international taxation, and M&A, as well as the drafting of requests for rulings; she has developed significant experience with companies in the healthcare and industrial sectors. Another senior tax litigation specialist is expected to join the Italian practice shortly.
