Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Adds Joseph Perotti as Shareholder in Real Estate Practice

Perotti will serve as a shareholder in the Real Estate practice. He frequently works with national clients on commercial real estate development, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, title and due diligence, lending, office, retail and industrial leasing, and zoning and land use. He also advises telecommunications and infrastructure providers on leasing, site acquisition, environmental compliance, amendments, easement agreements, and infrastructure deployment. Perotti’s legal career began as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Michael F. Marmo at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pittsburgh. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and a law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
