Greenberg Traurig Welcomes Max D. Jiusto to Boston Banking & Financial Services Team

Jiusto represents financial institutions and private lending entities in secured corporate finance transactions. He handles single-lender and syndicated credits across asset-based loans, cash-flow financings, acquisition financings, and fund financings, and acts for clients in industries including retail, manufacturing, services, lending, and real estate development and operations. He also works with private equity firms and other investors, representing portfolio companies as borrowers in commercial loan transactions. Jiusto is experienced in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guaranties, and other loan documentation, and counsels clients on intercreditor matters, perfection of liens, borrower structures, financial covenants, loan terms, and the exercise of remedies.
His practice includes representing banks and private lenders in transactions ranging from multimillion- to hundred-million-dollar facilities, and he has handled term, revolving, and delayed draw facilities, including matters involving cross-border collateral and complex perfection issues.
Jiusto earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
