Hinckley Allen Expanding Trusts & Estates Group
"Hinckley Allen is adding 15 Trusts & Estates professionals from Cameron & Mittleman LLP, including partners DelPonte, Riley and Mullaney, to its Providence office to strengthen its Trusts & Estates practice."
Karen G. DelPonte joins Hinckley Allen as a partner. Her practice focuses on estate planning with emphasis on advising individuals and business clients, including family-owned businesses, limited liability companies and family partnerships. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and Boston College Law School and is admitted in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. DelPonte is joining from Cameron & Mittleman LLP.
Lynn E. Riley joins Hinckley Allen as a partner. Her practice focuses on advising individuals, business owners, fiduciaries and families on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including wealth preservation, asset transfer, and charitable giving. She is a graduate of Bentley College and Suffolk University Law School and holds an LLM in tax from Boston University School of Law. Riley is admitted in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida and is joining from Cameron & Mittleman LLP.
Bridget L. Mullaney joins Hinckley Allen as a partner. Her practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning for individuals and families, trust and estate administration, and gift and estate taxation. She is a graduate of Providence College and Catholic University of America Law School and is admitted in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mullaney is joining from Cameron & Mittleman LLP.
Counsel Nancy Fisher Chudacoff and Lori J. Lousararian will join the firm’s Trusts & Estates group as counsel, and Rory McEntee and Angeli E. Tillett will join as associates. These lawyers, together with seven professional paralegals and legal administrative assistants, are joining Hinckley Allen from Cameron & Mittleman LLP. The team brings decades of experience in comprehensive legacy planning, tax counsel, asset protection, and generational wealth transfers and will expand Hinckley Allen’s Trusts & Estates – Private Clients department in New England.
