Manatt, Phelps & Phillips Adds Ana Tagvoryan as Litigation Partner in Los Angeles

Tagvoryan brings nationally recognized class action defense experience with a focus on privacy, consumer protection and advertising litigation. She will work on complex, high‑stakes matters including privacy disputes, state and federal government enforcement and advertising‑related litigation. Her substantive practice encompasses consumer fraud, advertising and labeling, data privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic pricing claims, e‑commerce and mobile marketing, and she supports clients in industries such as technology, health, retail, media, hospitality and food and beverage.
Before joining Manatt, Tagvoryan led the Class Action Defense and Privacy Litigation practices at a national law firm. She joins Manatt as a litigation partner and has a record of securing class certification denials, dismissals on the pleadings and summary judgments; her work has produced precedent‑setting decisions from Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Tagvoryan is active with the Retail Litigation Center and the Atlantic Legal Foundation and has been recognized by LA Times Studio as a "Legal Visionary," listed among Lawdragon’s "Top 500 Leading Litigators in America," and named a "Leader of Influence: Thriving in their 40’s" by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She received her J.D. from Pepperdine University Law School and her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
