BakerHostetler Welcomes Dallas Partners Jason Cross and Preston Enoch to Litigation Practice Group

"BakerHostetler has added partners Jason Cross and Preston Enoch in Dallas to its Litigation Practice Group; both will work on commercial litigation and high‑exposure, trial‑focused disputes."

Jason Cross and Preston Enoch have joined BakerHostetler’s Dallas office as partners in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and as members of the Commercial Litigation team.

Jason Cross joins BakerHostetler from an Am Law 150 firm, where he served as the managing partner of that firm’s Dallas office. A seasoned trial lawyer, Cross represents clients across industries including energy, retail, bio‑agriculture, restaurants, healthcare, manufacturing and technology. He handles complex commercial disputes in U.S. courts and in international arbitration, managing matters at all stages from pre‑suit strategy and emergency injunctive relief through trial and final resolution. Cross frequently litigates cases involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, unlawful competition, defamation and other business torts.

Preston Enoch joins BakerHostetler as a partner in the Dallas Litigation Practice Group. He began his career trying cases at a well‑known Dallas firm and has since represented businesses and individuals in significant disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. An accomplished trial lawyer, Enoch manages high‑profile matters from early case strategy through trial and focuses on commercial disputes, including matters involving fraud, defamation, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition and claims related to confidential information and trade secrets.
