Latham & Watkins Adds Real Estate Partner Marco Caffuzzi in New York

Caffuzzi brings nearly three decades of experience advising on high-profile, complex real estate transactions across domestic and cross-border markets. He advises on the full range of real estate matters, including sophisticated financings, restructurings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and large-scale development and infrastructure projects. He represents commercial banks, institutional lenders, foreign investors, private capital providers, sponsors, family offices, corporate clients, and public sector entities, and regularly advises on financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, loan workouts and restructurings, and purchases and sales of existing mortgage and mezzanine loans. His practice centers on bespoke, highly structured transactions requiring coordination across corporate, finance, and restructuring disciplines.
Caffuzzi joins Latham & Watkins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He holds a JD from New York Law School and a BA from New York University.
