Auren integrates Galán i Rubio in Valencia

Auren has integrated Galán i Rubio, a tax advisory boutique with a long track record in the Valencian market. The move adds specialist expertise in tax proceedings, family business taxation, real estate, restructuring operations and advisory services to non-profit entities and foundations.
Leading the incoming team is Miguel Ángel Galán, managing partner of Galán i Rubio. He holds a law degree from the Universitat de València and specialises in tax law, with more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and multinational companies. His career has included positions at Garrigues, Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia and Broseta Abogados. In addition to his practice, Galán teaches courses at institutions such as the Colegio de Economistas de Cataluña and the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (FEBF), and is a member of the Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales. He joins Auren leading the incoming team.
