Giulio Mazzotti joins Foglia & Partners as partner

Mazzotti, a Dottore Commercialista and Revisore Legale dei Conti, comes from Legance and brings more than twenty years of experience in corporate and international taxation. His practice covers advice to groups and companies, including regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure and telecommunications, as well as M&A, private equity and corporate reorganizations. He also works on the structuring of managerial incentive plans (MIP) and on wealth planning for entrepreneurs and HNWI. In addition to his professional practice, Mazzotti has a notable academic and publishing profile.
Foglia & Partners, an independent boutique specialising in national and international tax advisory, said the appointment is part of a selective development path consistent with its founding values. With Mazzottis entry the firms partnership rises to five, alongside Giuliano Foglia, Matteo Carfagnini, Duccio Casciani and Stefano Bognandi, and the organisation now totals more than 30 professionals across its Rome, Milan and Florence offices.
