Alston & Bird Adds Capital Markets Partner Alyse Sagalchik in Chicago

Sagalchik will strengthen Alston & Bird’s public company and capital markets offerings. She is based in the firm’s Chicago office and will represent private and public companies in a range of matters, including initial and follow-on public offerings, equity and debt placements, and going-private transactions. She guides investment banks and Canadian and other non-U.S. issuers on multijurisdictional capital-raising matters, U.S. registrations, and stock exchange listing requirements. Sagalchik also advises companies on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, addressing U.S. securities laws and related regulatory considerations. Her clients include entrepreneurs, high-growth companies, and their investors across industries such as health care and life sciences, technology (including AI), banking, manufacturing, and consumer products.
