Hinckley Allen Welcomes Former Federal Prosecutor Jason Casey as Partner in Litigation, White Collar & National Security

Casey joins Hinckley Allen from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he served as Deputy Chief of the National Security Unit. In that role he led high-profile investigations and prosecutions involving cyber intrusions, economic espionage, terrorism, export control violations and fraud. Drawing on nearly a dozen years of government service, his experience includes nationally significant prosecutions concerning the unauthorized disclosure of classified national defense information, international sanctions evasion schemes tied to foreign governments, and novel trade secret and cybersecurity matters. He has led more than a dozen jury trials and coordinated investigations across agencies at the highest levels of federal enforcement.
Earlier in his career, Casey served in the Homicide Prosecution Unit of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, where he prosecuted homicide cases and argued appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
