Natália Dias brings solid experience in corporate law, advising on corporate transactions, reorganizations and strategic corporate governance matters. She joins André Menescal Advogados as a partner. Dias holds a postgraduate degree from the Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and an LL.M. in Law and Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She is the founder of the podcast Manda pro Jurídico!, a co-founder of the Association of Corporate Counsel Brasil, serves on the Legal Support Board of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Seccional Rio de Janeiro) and is active as a lecturer and speaker on communication and professional development within the legal market.
