L&B Partners Avvocati Associati expands with new Real Estate team
"L&B Partners Avvocati Associati hires Carmine Oncia, Edoardo La Bionda and Tommaso Palmiotti to its new Real Estate department; Oncia joins as partner and co-head of Banking & Finance."
Carmine Oncia joins L&B Partners as a partner with the dual responsibility of head of the newly established Real Estate department and co-head of the Banking & Finance department, a role he shares with partner Pietro Paolo D’Ippolito. Oncia brings over twenty years of experience in real estate, project finance, acquisition and leverage finance, securitisations, special situations and restructuring, debt capital markets and private debt. He joins from Gta – Giliberti Triscornia e Associati, where he was a partner.
Edoardo La Bionda assumes the role of managing associate at L&B Partners and becomes part of the new Real Estate department. He joins from Gta – Giliberti Triscornia e Associati, where he served as managing associate.
Tommaso Palmiotti joins L&B Partners as an associate and will work within the new Real Estate department. He comes from Gta – Giliberti Triscornia e Associati, where he was an associate.
The operation raises the total number of professionals at the firm to 47, including 12 partners, and marks the launch of L&B Partners' new Real Estate department.
