Daniele Iacona appointed Head of Italian Desk at Kinstellar

Based in Bucharest, Iacona will lead the development of Kinstellar’s Italian Desk, supporting Italian clients and investors across Central and Eastern Europe. He joins Kinstellar from Schoenherr and brings more than 20 years of experience in the region, having lived and worked primarily in Romania and undertaken assignments in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Turkey, as well as international experience in Australia, Brazil and Spain.
Admitted to practice in both Italy and Romania, Iacona specialises in corporate law/M&A and energy, and has experience in international arbitration. He advises Italian investors on cross-border transactions and supports companies through their full lifecycle, including M&A, exits, financing, competition law, dispute resolution and restructurings. He is also an active member of the Italian business community and collaborates closely with Italian institutions and organisations, including the Embassy, the Chamber of Commerce and Confindustria.
His appointment further strengthens Kinstellar’s capacity to serve Italian businesses at a time when Italy remains one of the principal investor countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
