Churchman joins Dorsey & Whitney from Shoosmiths, where he was a Partner in the M&A and Private Equity team. He brings over 15 years’ experience advising U.K., U.S. and European sponsors on investment and M&A opportunities. His practice focuses on mid-market private equity buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions to existing platform investments and general portfolio company matters. His work spans multiple sectors, including enterprise software, technology, media and telecoms, and energy and infrastructure.
