Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe Adds Employment Partner Sarah Tauman to Tech Companies Team

Tauman counsels venture-backed technology companies on employment issues as they scale and advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. She brings experience in healthtech, fintech and consumer tech. Tauman joins Orrick from DLA Piper and will enter the firm at the partner level. She is the third addition to Orrick’s Tech Companies platform this year, following venture capital advisor Agatha Kluk in New York and IP licensing and transactions advisor Gina Marek in Silicon Valley.
