King & Spalding Adds Antitrust and Competition Partner Jade-Alexandra Fearns in London
"King & Spalding has added antitrust and competition partner Jade-Alexandra Fearns to its London Government Matters and Regulation team; she will work on antitrust, competition, sanctions and regulatory compliance matters."
Jade-Alexandra Fearns’ practice focuses on antitrust and competition law, international sanctions and other regulatory and compliance-related advice across sectors including technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare, financial services and banking, sports, automotive, media, manufacturing, consumer goods and telecommunications. She advises on merger filings in the UK, EU and internationally, and on foreign investment and national security-related filings. She also counsels clients on competition compliance and litigation matters, with extensive experience in cartel defense and other competition litigation-related matters, and advises on regulatory compliance across frameworks including energy, insurance and sports. Fearns has joined King & Spalding as a partner; she joins from Paul Hastings, where she was a partner. She earned her LPC from BPP University Law School and an M.A. from the University of Cambridge Faculty of Law.
Raymond Fang has joined King & Spalding’s London office as a partner in the Real Estate & Funds practice group.
