Vinson & Elkins Welcomes Corporate Partner Will Myer to Denver Office

Myer handles complex domestic and cross-border strategic transactions across industries including entertainment, financial services, energy and technology. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other corporate matters, and regularly counsels private equity funds, portfolio companies, acquirors, targets, family offices, boards of directors, special committees, founders and investors on corporate governance, fiduciary duties and best practices. He also advises private equity sponsors across the full investment lifecycle, from initial platform acquisitions and add-on growth strategies to portfolio company exits. Myer is joining Vinson & Elkins as a partner and joins the firm from WilmerHale.
