Schalast Expands Berlin Office with Real Estate Lawyer Maxim Gnatjuk

An internationally experienced real estate lawyer, Maxim Gnatjuk advises German and international real estate buyers and sellers on large-scale transactions, supports project developers from the planning stage through implementation of construction projects, and provides counsel on renewable energy projects. He also offers ongoing legal advice to real estate investors, asset managers and property users on matters including property management, land law, commercial tenancy law and brokerage law. He is listed with the firm as Maxim Gnatjuk, LL.M.
Gnatjuk complements Schalast’s Berlin team and its real estate law practice group, which has been developed since 2023 by Hamburg-based partner Markus Ruhman together with associate Lorenz Bock. The practice is closely integrated with the firm’s M&A, finance and energy law capabilities, and its mandates include projects in the Green Data Centre sector.
