Evoca appoints Eduardo Di Mauro as Head of Legal

Di Mauro joins Evoca as Head of Legal from Pernigotti, where he served for several years as Head of Legal and Board Member. He brings solid experience in extraordinary transactions, corporate law and compliance. Over the course of his career he has also worked at Pioneer Investments, Borsa Italiana and the international law firm DLA Piper, developing cross-functional expertise in M&A, corporate law, international contracts and corporate governance. He becomes part of Evoca’s centralized legal department based in Italy, which also includes Elio Leto and Maristella Di Summa.
Roberto Cassera has moved from Evoca, where he was Head of Legal, to take up the role of head of the legal department at RadiciGroup.
The appointments were disclosed as part of a broader organisational reshuffle following the acquisition of RadiciGroup by Lone Star Funds; the transaction closed on April 30 and prompted a reallocation of legal responsibilities within the group.
