Act Legal Spain appoints Alejandro Cabrera as Chief Operating Officer
"Act Legal Spain has appointed Alejandro Cabrera as COO. He will lead operations and financial management, drawing on experience at Kennedys Law and Azsure Abogados."
Cabrera brings experience in financial management and operations within international legal environments. His career includes roles at Kennedys Law and Azsure Abogados, where he oversaw finance, human resources and management control functions, and took part in organisational transformation and business development processes. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oviedo, with specialist training in taxation and finance, and his background also encompasses the implementation of management systems, financial planning, negotiations with financial institutions and the development of internal policies.
According to the firm, the appointment reflects Act Legal Spain’s efforts to consolidate its firm model and build the internal infrastructure needed to respond to an increasingly demanding and competitive environment. Managing partner Cristina de Santiago noted that Cabrera’s experience in management and his ability to connect different areas of the business would support the firm’s structured and sustainable growth.
