King & Spalding Strengthens London Real Estate and Funds Team with Partner Raymond Fang
"King & Spalding hires Raymond Fang as partner in its London Real Estate and Funds practice to work on private capital transactions and real estate private equity across the UK and Europe."
Fang is a corporate real estate lawyer who works across the full spectrum of real estate private equity deals, including structured M&A, joint ventures and general partner (GP) stake investments. He advises on both UK and cross-border transactions involving corporate structures holding single-trophy assets and large multi-jurisdictional portfolios, and on investments across asset classes such as hospitality and leisure, healthcare, student accommodation, self-storage, living, life sciences and clean energy infrastructure. He joins King & Spalding at partner level.
Fang joins from Goodwin, where he was a partner. He received his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Sydney.
