Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens US litigation with six-lawyer trial team in product liability and consumer disputes

Jayme Long joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in the Los Angeles office. A first-chair trial lawyer, she represents Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation and has tried cases in state and federal courts across the country. She is recognized in product liability and mass tort (toxic tort defense and consumer products) by The Legal 500 US, was named one of the Top 100 Lawyers by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2025, is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America’s Trial Lawyer Honorary Society and a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council. She is licensed in California and earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. Stephanie Peatman joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in the Los Angeles office. A trial lawyer, her practice centers on leading product liability and mass tort matters with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. She has played key roles on national trial teams in complex multi-district litigation and has coordinated defense strategies for Fortune 100 companies. She is part of the Product Liability Advisory Council’s Future Leaders program, is licensed in California and earned her law degree from Southwestern School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from California State University at Northridge. Alexander Giraldo joins Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner, with presence in both Los Angeles and the firm’s Dallas office. He maintains a litigation and trial practice spanning toxic tort and product liability matters as well as commercial disputes for clients in the energy, consumer products, maritime and real estate industries. He has chaired jury trials to verdict in California, has been recognized by The Legal 500 US and Super Lawyers, is a Fellow for Lawyers for Civil Justice and a Future Leader for the Product Liability Advisory Council. He earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and is admitted in California, Texas and Florida.
