Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher strengthens Corporate M&A with Riccardo Papetti and Laura Cinquini
"Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher has hired partners Riccardo Papetti and Laura Cinquini into its Corporate M&A team in Milan and Rome; they will work in commercial and corporate law with a private equity focus."
Riccardo Papetti and Laura Cinquini operate in commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions in the private equity sector. Over the course of their careers at Italian and international firms, they have advised Italian and international investors on M&A transactions, including in distressed situations and corporate reorganisations. Both join Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners, coming from the firm CBA.
Gaia Terrenghi, Chiara Peroni and Gianmarco Polico enter the Corporate M&A department as lawyers.
