Solving strengthens Corporate M&A team with Tiziana Del Prete as equity partner

Tiziana Del Prete joins Solving as an equity partner and will operate from the firm’s Milan and Rome offices. She has consolidated experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and business restructuring projects. She advises industrial groups, private equity funds and financial operators, and regularly assists Italian and international clients on commercial contracts and governance arrangements in regulated and highly complex contexts. Her arrival also strengthens the firm’s specialisation in the hospitality sector, particularly hotellerie. Del Prete comes from Eversheds Sutherland, where she was part of the Corporate M&A team in Italy.
Giuseppe Pastore joins Solving as a senior associate and will be part of the Milan team led by Del Prete. He has experience in corporate law, M&A and restructuring and turnaround processes, assisting companies, investors and creditors in extraordinary transactions, acquisitions of shareholdings and assets, investment agreements and reorganisations, with attention to both contractual and governance aspects. Pastore arrives from Eversheds Sutherland, where he was a member of the Corporate M&A team in Italy.
Niccolò Pedrazzini joins Solving as an associate in the Milan team. He works predominantly in corporate law and M&A, assisting Italian and foreign clients in acquisitions, disposals of shareholdings, asset transactions and related commercial contracts, including cross-border operations. Pedrazzini also comes from Eversheds Sutherland, where he formed part of the Corporate M&A team in Italy.
