Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner Jason Loden in Dallas
"Willkie Farr & Gallagher has hired Jason Loden as a partner in its Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department in Dallas; he joins from Baker Botts and will work on executive compensation, benefits and related tax matters."
Loden advises public and private companies, private equity funds and nonprofit entities on a wide range of executive compensation, employee benefits and tax matters. He regularly counsels employers on the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity incentive plans and welfare benefit programs, and advises on employee benefit and executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions. He also provides regulatory guidance on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and related regulatory requirements.
He joins Willkie as a partner from Baker Botts, where he was previously a partner and served as firmwide Chair of the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits section. Loden has been recognized by leading legal directories and publications for his work. He becomes part of Willkie’s Dallas office, which was launched in May 2024.
