Gibson Dunn Welcomes M&A Partner Waleed Rasrommani to Riyadh Office

Rasrommani is a corporate and M&A lawyer with considerable experience advising on complex transactions in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the energy, infrastructure and private capital sectors. He joins Gibson Dunn as a partner. Before joining Gibson Dunn, he served as the national managing partner in Saudi Arabia for another international law firm, where he led the establishment of that firm’s presence in the Kingdom. Prior to practicing law, Rasrommani gained industry experience as a programmer in Silicon Valley and as a banker and journalist in the Middle East.
