Dentons welcomes Kamil Umar back as partner in national Real Estate group

Umar brings a business-minded, market-driven approach to complex commercial real estate matters and a strong track record advising on some of Calgary’s most significant public infrastructure and development projects. His practice spans property acquisitions and dispositions, land development and land use planning, condominium and strata development, leasing and financing, as well as public infrastructure work. He advises a diverse range of clients, including residential and commercial developers, pension funds and institutional investors, providing practical, commercially grounded guidance. He is returning to Dentons, where he previously developed his practice, and will join the firm as a partner in the Real Estate group.
