"Pbbr has hired Ana Guedes Cardoso (senior associate) and Maria do Carmo Pereira Coutinho (associate) to its employment and social security practice."

Ana Guedes Cardoso and Maria do Carmo Pereira Coutinho have joined Lisbon-based law firm Pbbr as senior associate and associate respectively.

She has advised both domestic and international companies across all areas of employment law, with consolidated experience supporting Human Resources and legal departments in hiring processes, restructurings and compliance matters. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Maria do Carmo Pereira Coutinho joins Pbbr as an associate. She most recently practised at Paxlegal and previously worked at Vieira de Almeida in the Business Development area. Her background spans legal practice and management, providing her with an understanding of organisations’ internal dynamics and client relations. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The employment and social security practice at Pbbr is coordinated by partner Inês Reis and now counts seven lawyers.
