Hausfeld strengthens Amsterdam office with senior hire Nima Lorje
"Hausfeld has hired Partner Nima Lorje and Associate Bart Milar into its Amsterdam office to bolster its competition litigation team, covering competition damages, public competition law, commercial litigation and mass claims."
Nima Lorje is a seasoned expert in competition damages litigation and public competition law, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation before the Dutch civil courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He has over 18 years' experience in high-stakes multijurisdictional competition damages cases and has acted for multinational clients including TKE, H&R, Shell, Total, Exxon, ABB, MAN, Viatris and Vifor. Nima was previously an active member of the competition and litigation departments of Freshfields, NautaDutilh and Stibbe.
Bart Milar focuses on commercial and competition litigation, mass claims and collective actions. Prior to joining Hausfeld, Bart worked as an attorney in the Environmental Science Group of Wageningen University & Research and has worked at various litigation firms in Amsterdam; he was also Attorney at AD Advocaten.
