Lasker’s practice focuses on cross-border tax planning, with an emphasis on complex domestic and international tax issues, including private equity and private credit fund formation, structuring, and related transactions. He brings more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory, deal tax support, and corporate tax consulting, spanning capital raising and investor structuring through portfolio management, ongoing operations, and exit strategies. He joins DLA Piper with the seniority of Partner, further bolstering the firm’s ability to advise fund sponsors on complex international and domestic tax, corporate, and securities matters across the fund life cycle.
