Chalfin, Goldberg & Vainboim Advogados appoints Gustavo Niskier as partner

Niskier brings more than two decades of legal experience, combining roles at major law firms with executive positions at a multinational corporation in Brazil and abroad. He has held leadership responsibilities in compliance, institutional and government relations, international affairs, privacy, artificial intelligence, sustainability and governance.
He holds a law degree, a postgraduate degree in Environmental Law and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, and completed a specialization in Human Rights at the Washington College of Law at American University. Over his career he has developed expertise in corporate ethics, ESG, regulatory risk management, international sanctions, export controls, privacy governance, AI, strategic litigation and crisis management in regulatory contexts.
In his new role at Chalfin, Goldberg & Vainboim Advogados, Niskier will bring a practical, executive and integrated perspective on legal certainty, compliance, internationalization and business development.
