Insulet appoints Hristina Atanasova as senior manager legal counsel in Spain
"Insulet appoints Hristina Atanasova as senior manager, legal counsel in Spain to provide legal support on market access, public procurement, marketing and sales for medical devices and digital health across Spain and EMEA."
Based in Madrid, Atanasova will lead Insulet’s legal advisory function in the Spanish market and support regional projects across EMEA. In her new role she will provide strategic legal advice to the market access, marketing and sales teams and support the company in complex public procurement processes.
Atanasova joins from Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where she developed most of her professional career and built more than eight years of experience in the healthcare technology sector. She began her career in private practice before moving in-house and specialises in advising on the commercialisation of medical devices and digital health solutions. Her experience covers highly regulated environments, with a particular focus on market access strategies, public procurement and the development of business models for connected medical technologies in Spain.
She holds a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in access to the legal profession from UNED.
