Sidley Austin Strengthens Global Finance Practice with Addition of Katarina Molnarova in Washington, D.C.
"Sidley Austin has hired Katarina Molnarova as a partner in its Global Finance practice in Washington, D.C.; she will work on sponsor finance, private credit and complex U.S. and cross-border debt financings."
Ms. Molnarova was previously counsel in the Sponsor Finance practice group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She advises private equity sponsors, family offices, and corporate borrowers on complex U.S. and cross-border debt financing transactions. Her experience encompasses acquisitions, refinancings and other leveraged transactions across a broad range of financing products, including bank, broadly syndicated and private credit facilities, as well as high-yield and investment-grade bond issuances and asset-based lending arrangements. She joins Sidley Austin as a partner, having served as counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
