Holland & Knight Strengthens Financial Services Section with Two Partner Hires in New York

"Holland & Knight in New York hires partners Kevin Eisenberg and Jeffrey Fried into its Financial Services Section, Specialty Finance and Regulatory Practice Group to handle finance and real estate lending matters."

Kevin Eisenberg and Jeffrey Fried have joined Holland & Knight as partners in New York, becoming members of the firm’s national Financial Services Section and the Specialty Finance and Regulatory Practice Group. Their additions follow Partner Adam Jachimowski’s arrival in the firm’s New York office in February.

Kevin Eisenberg’s practice focuses on representing private bank clients in debt financings for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including transactions secured by diversified marketable securities, concentrated public stock holdings, private and pre-IPO stock, private equity and hedge fund investments, aircraft and art collections. His experience also encompasses commercial transactions representing national senior lenders, second lien lenders, mezzanine debt funds, private equity funds and private equity sponsor groups in debt financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructuring transactions. He joins Holland & Knight as a partner in New York and was previously a partner with Loeb & Loeb. Mr. Eisenberg received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Jeffrey Fried is experienced in representing banks and other financial institutions in the financing and restructuring of permanent, construction, mezzanine and leasehold loans, including agented and syndicated loan facilities. He regularly represents lenders in real estate financings across a variety of asset classes in New York and throughout the U.S. He joins Holland & Knight as a partner in New York and was previously a partner with Loeb & Loeb. Mr. Fried received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
