Jason M. Vogel Joins Fox Rothschild as Intellectual Property Partner in Raleigh

Vogel advises clients on U.S. and international trademark and copyright strategy, clearance, protection, enforcement and transactions. His clients include leading companies in the film, television, music, apparel, restaurant, retail and technology fields. He has broad experience in developing multijurisdictional trademark and copyright registration, enforcement and litigation strategies.
He joins Fox Rothschild as a partner in the Intellectual Property Department in Raleigh. Prior to joining Fox, Vogel was a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
Vogel has been selected to the IP Stars list by Managing Intellectual Property and to the WTR 1000 in New York by World Trademark Review. He has written and spoken extensively on trademark issues affecting the entertainment field, the interplay between intellectual property and generative artificial intelligence, and global IP legal systems. Vogel earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.M. from Berklee College of Music.
