Simpson Thacher & Bartlett Welcomes Victoria Salem as Partner in Houston Energy and Infrastructure Practice

Victoria advises global energy and infrastructure companies on transactions across the sector, including in the liquefied natural gas industry, with a particular focus on project development and finance. She also advises on development, joint venture, banking and capital markets transactions and has nearly two decades of experience advising on transactions across North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Throughout her career Victoria has held senior positions at leading global energy companies and in private practice; most recently she was a partner at another large international law firm. She joins Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a Partner from that firm.
