Jamie joins Taylor Wessing from a leading US firm. He is appointed as a partner and brings a practice focused on product liability and product safety. He advises across the full product lifecycle, including regulatory compliance, investigations, product recalls and litigation. His work spans technology, online marketplaces, electrical and gas appliances, automotive and construction products, with a particular focus on consumer products and an international client base.
He brings deep regulatory expertise and has represented clients in significant investigations conducted by the UK’s Office for Product Safety & Standards (OPSS), including the regulator’s largest investigation to date. He is a strategic advisor on complex multi-jurisdictional recalls and safety issues and regularly engages with international regulators. His arrival is described by the firm as reinforcing its product liability and product regulatory offering and comes as Winston & Strawn and Taylor Wessing’s UK led businesses have voted to come together to create the transatlantic firm Winston Taylor.
